craftsman chainsaw oiling problem

Hi, I have a 02 craftsman 16in 36cc saw. The problem it wasn't oiling. We replaced the oil pump and the worm gear. There's oil coming out of the pump it's getting on the back of the bar no oil getting on the chain.
Any thoughts on the problem?

Sounds like the oil hole in the bar is plugged up.
