Cover for Deere 2305 transmission oil fan

Anyone have any good experience buying or fabricating a cover for the transmission oil fan for a 2305? I saw one for sale on ebay, but they go quick and would like to hear from others about any alternatives.

Got my skid plate from Bro-Tek. Really heavy duty plate. Have also seen some plans on the web on building them.

I saw somewhere maybe on a different forum about a new fan guard made by JD for the 2305, Part # LVU19906.

made my bro tec up in New Brunswick,, his name is Richard great guy,, or if your handy use a cardboard template and make one out of thick gauge metal, I used a 5 in vise and 2 pieces of 2 in angle iron to hold my plate, It was an old fuel oil tank side. for my BX2360..
