Coulters for my 4 blade plow

Does anyone know where I can get 4 coulters for this plow. It's a massey model 74. The Massey dealer where I live wanted to charge me $400 a piece, not even close to reasonable!

That looks a lot like the Ford 101 plow we had which was actually made by Taylor Pittsburgh(?). I could only find this lame website that only has contact info for them: TAYLOR PITTSBURGH (Taylor-Way) HOME PAGE

I did find this site for Ford 101 parts:

But digging around there I see a lot of "Out of stock" listings.

I noticed your MF 74 also looks a lot like a King Kutter, although they only come in one or two bottom configurations. However, I wonder if the coulter assembly ($155/ea) would fit.

I doubt if you will find counters, certainly not new ones. Even if you luck into used ones (unlikely) the price will be outrageous. I use my 3 bottom Ford 101 without counters and it works fine. If you must have counters, you would be more likely to find another old plow with them that you can either replace your plow with or transfer them to yours. Counters are really not necessary in my opinion.

Don't have a horse in there race but in past I have found coulter assembles complete here. Knotched or smooth.

These things are very hard to find! The plow is great for keeping the fields broken up and the soil loose, which is important down here in Louisiana because if the soil is not turned over every year the soil gets brick hard.

I would like to have the coulters to help cut through the remainder of the plants and roots.
