People whove recovered from the virus deserve a vacation.I bet 'cruise lines' are offering killer deals. Don't know of anyone with half a brain that would book a cruise on a floating Petri dish....

Here we go again, can we say, Corona Virus #4?
Maybe folks washing their hands, sneezing into tissues or elbows and staying home when their sick will finally catch on again. It seems we'd not be in this boat if we were doing these things already. (At least from what the CDCs website suggests helps prevent this and the flu)
I almost sneezed in public but then thought of the fallout and mentally stifled it. Anybody know a good way to stop a good sneeze which now might cause a panic?
Place the side of your finger across the under side of your nose and gently push up.
I'll practice that at home to see if it's effective for me.
If I got it bad I might have to pinch the end of my nose to stop it. Was taught these things in Army Basic Training in 1971.![]()

Thread pruned again.... please continue with the original discussion.
. I find it impossible to stifle a cough. No matter what I try it makes it ten times worse.
Only time I tried that, I sneezed anyways and just about blew my ears and eyes out.
Me too. I have a chronic cough from allergies and post nasal drip. Now when I'm out and about, I feel like a leper from the glances I am getting.I find it impossible to stifle a cough. No matter what I try it makes it ten times worse.
I know that if I try to suppress a sneeze, something is going to come out of at least one of my other orifices and it is either going to be embarrassing or hurt! My sneezes almost always come in pairs unless I really have an attack!Only time I tried that, I sneezed anyways and just about blew my ears and eyes out.
