cooling fan replacement

My fan got whacked by something, every blade has pieces missing. Hopefully I don't have to remove the radiator. Has anybody done this before? Also, did you replace with OEM or after market?

Sorry, mine's a 2008 ck35 hst. On mine, it may be possible to remove radiator shroud but I don't know. Was wondering if anybody has done this before and if that's actually the process to do it. I'm sure this doesn't happen often.
