I know there are people that like snakes and there are some snakes that are good to have around for pest control and other things. I have heard it said black snakes will kill poisonous snakes, don't know. However, for me there are only two kinds of GOOD snake, those that stay away from me, the house, the barn that I don't see and those that are dead.

Snakes are very helpful for us to reduce other reptiles and small rodents. Unless poisonous around house or in house, I leave them alone. Killing them just because they exist does not make sense to me.
