Unfortunately this lake is part of a very large hydroelectric plant witch has had a very devastating effect on the fish, and hard fishing on the salmon out in the fjords and sea does not help either.

I own a part of this lake and some of the rivers, if we had more fish this would have been a nice extra income.

I wonder if there was a government program to stock the lake to improve fishing in the future. It is a very interesting lake and looks to have HUGE possibilities. Thanks again for the pictures.

The owner of the plant has used millions, and will probably spend huge amount of money in the future.

Because much of the incoming water runs for many miles in tunnels its much colder than before, today the water was 9 Celsius and that is believed to reduce the fishes abilities to reproduce. But I do believe overfishing at sea is the main problem, they get caught before returning.
