Once again...I am SO glad I don’t have all those options open to me. Thank goodness for a simpler life!

I think we've found that how photos appear to the end user seems to be very dependent on that users device, browser, settings, astrological sign, and tractor preference.

Most likely tractor preference.... :D

I hear ya Terry.

Xfaxman has helped me tremendously. And he's always positive about it. He sometimes has to repeatedly dumb it down for me. But he never complains.

ALL: thanks again for all the help. Alien that is the paint program I used for years, but this dell laptop or maybe it's Microsoft 10 or an old MS office program I use shows this version of Paint. any clues to where the resize feature is? BTW I had to enlist my bride to help me make a screenshot with ONE NOTE that I never use.

Ahhhh! Never seen Paint 3D before. Must look it up. Thanks

EDIT I see it needs Windows 10. That puts me out. I only use Win 7. :(

ALL: not that i'm guessing it makes much of a difference, but i also was able to change the sizing using CANVAS in Paint 3d so here's the same picture saved using that method.sorry for cluttering up the thread, but maybe this will help others not only post pictures here, but on other threads too.

thanks again to all of you that helped me find my groove.

I noticed a 21% in your menu bar. Maybe you could change size by changing that as well? Cheers

BB & OVER: there seems to be an issue with my pictures cause I don't see or can't find any in your posts about all those good looks?

Alien: I think the % is another option for resizing that i can use instead of #'s and thanks for mentioning it.

ALL: so it looks like i can resize pics in PAINT, but changing the lighting i couldn't find. also this is a picture I took with my Iphone of my gramp's logging trucks in the 1950's that was on a poloroid in my mom's photo album. any help to get rid of the flash other than retaking the picture without a flash?

Gramp's logging trucks 1950's with one log on each resized to 1000.jpg
