Seen on the canopy wall. What is it? Sure a BIG boy!
No it's a meteorite.I’d guess satellite, as shooting star might move too fast to be picked up by a long exposure, while satellite moves fairly slow.

How long was your exposure? No it's a meteorite.
Probably an eastern American toad. They are fascinating critters. One of my kids used to keep them as pets. When I was a kid, they were often found in the same place every year, disappear in fall, then show up again in spring.Just got home from camping and had a nice fire going every morning and evening with wood from that area. Last night while at the fire I noted someone looking out of the piece that was in the fire.I tree toad? He's in the woods again.View attachment 759198
15 sec. I believe. How long was your exposure?
That’s why I asked.15 sec. I believe.
Planes and satellite's make longer trails most of the time. Meteorites leave a solid line unlike a plane, and Meteorites can burn up quickly leaving just a short trail.
Now you'll never know if the frog would have jumped from the fire.Just got home from camping and had a nice fire going every morning and evening with wood from that area.
