My antique vehicle has flashing red lights all over it and I don't have any problems no matter where I drive it, and no one has ever challenged my right to drive it on the public roads in all of the states that it has been driven through. I have even stopped at accident scenes and turned on all of the emergency lighting and left it on until the police have arrived and I would drive off. None of them have ever commented, other than to thank me for offering assistance. Possibly the reason that they might hassle you when they came onto your property is deeply embedded in your personality?
