I am currently re-doing my hydraulic pump kit have just put replacement pistons in and bolted the whole lot together and seems very tight that I cannot even turn it by hand should I loosen the 4 bolts that hold the entire pump together should they be torqued to a certain NM and then the control valve the replacement control valve came with 3 flat washers does one of these go into the control valve housing? below the bush on the control valve shaft and do the other two on the top end and to be honest the top end is the part with the bigger cut out in it ??? Somebody please help need this old girl going by tomorrow
