compression on 105

What should the compression be on a cub cadet 105, right now it is 30 psi and it holds at 30 psi so, i am guessing that is not good. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

A 105 - Is that an older 'compression release' Kohler? If so - you can't measure compression in the traditional way via a compression gauge in the spark plug hole.

Im not sure because my uncle just gave it to me because he couldnt get it started so he said i can fix it and have it.
