Compact tractor in action baling hay!

How much better does that NH bale look...thats a cool picture.

It is more a situation of TBN'ers not believing that 500+ Lbs bales can be baled by the larger compact tractors. I just wanted to show posters that there in not a great size difference. All the balers did a good job, the hay was in perfect shape. The NH baler baled 1/2 its bale on a single windrow made by the Kuhn rotary rake and the rest on a V-rake windrow and all the other balers baled hay behind a V-rake.

The problem is with AGCO. They have just what some smaller operators need but they have raised the price 20% over the past 4 years while the other balers prices have only risen 10-15%. You can not blame this one on steel prices because this is the smallest baler they make so increasing steel prices should have affected the 730 least. AGCO is trying to promote their Hesston 745 model to compete with other 4'x5' balers.
