Honda Ridgeline trucks have 17" or 18" wheels with a 5-hole pattern that may fit your car. This may help you because the truck comes with a compact spare, but some owners buy a full-size spare for towing and then sell the compact. One such offer is on the St Louis Craigslist:

Honda Ridgeline Spare Tire

He wants $20. It may be worth it to drive West, out of the way of Sandy's remnants.

EDIT: It seems BMW and Ridgeline wheels do indeed have the same bolt pattern, 5x120, and should be interchangeable:
Looks like Honda stole BMW's exclusive 5x120 bolt pattern... - Bimmerfest - BMW Forums

Thanks for the tip.

I think I heard (in passing) that a newer Cadillac CTS compact spare would fit one of the newer BMW models...Not a BMW guy, so I didn't pay close attention to the conversation to remeber the model...Just a lead, might be a Jersey barrier, but I'll throw it out there.

Edit: The lugs appear to be 5-120 on some years (looked at 2009)...Don't know what kind of back spacing etc that you need though...The CTS's seem to have everything from 16-20+" wheels.

Thanks, I will check that out at my local junk yard. You are right, the higher end GM stuff like Caddys and Vetts have went to the 5/120 lug pattern.

this is the most compact spare i've ever seen:

356 Outlaw Rims! -- Porsche 944 turbo - Spare Tire - Pelican Parts Technical BBS

they are from a porsche 944 and the spares come deflated with the sidewalls caved in - the cars came with a 12v pump. I've never seen this on anything else (though it's not like i've ever looked). they are 5 lug, though i don't know the spacing offhand, but the cars were only made with 15" & 16" wheels - probably only 15" for spares, so it probably wouldn't fit anyway. just wanted to toss it out there as a very compact spare.

Greetings. I would look into the space saver/ compact spares used on e46 (2000-2006) convertibles. They should be at least 17" because 330's need 17's to clear the front brake calipers. If you are not having any luck, P/M me and I will call my local auto recycler that deals in bmws. Ps thanks for all of the help you give to everyone here at TBN
