There is no doubt that their setup is awesome, but using a 100+ hp machine at that speed in a neighborhood would ultimately lead to disaster.

Makes sense to me. Odds are too many people didn't push the snow far enough across the road to get it out of the way of the poor person plowing the street. Instead they left a pile of potentially rock hard snow sitting either on the road or just off the road the driver gets to hit with his plow. Too bad there have to be such laws to penalize the actions of a few inconsiderate people. You cant do much here unless you have the special license or permit. It makes it a very expensive place to work. From the consumers point of view, it provides lots of protection.
