Im looking for some insight on how difficult and how long a clutch replacement would take in a john deere 3130? Also wondering how much would i have to replace, or wait until i see what all needs replacing? Thanks

If I was splitting a tractor similar to yours for a clutch R&R I'd replace clutch, pressure plate throw-out & pilot brg. Utilizing proper stands this task isn't difficult for someone mechanically inclined
Im planning borrowing the service manual from the local dealer tomorrow i figure that will help alot. Is it best to go factory original or aftermarket parts? Thanks for the help !
I would also have the flywheel checked for flatness, resurfaced if required.
Since you will have it this far apart, check into replacing the rear crank seal. I did that when I reclutched my 2030, but it took a special tool to install the seal. Ask the Dealer if a special tool is needed, and if so, if you can borrow/rent it.
