Bought a used tractor with only 120 hours. However, after about 5 to 10 minutes of running tractor (after it warms up?) it starts grinding when it goes into gear. When this happens, when I push in the clutch it makes a chatter like it's making something spin and will grind if I try to put it in gear. Dealer said tractor sat for a while. Could clutch be bad on such a low hour tractor? Thanks..

The clutch COULD be bad with so few hours but it's not likely. It sounds more like the clutch is not disengaging the drive train. It could be misadjusted or if it sat for awhile it could be sticking. I would expect the symptoms to show when it's cold as well as after it warms up.

Clutches stick becasue they aren’t adjusted correctly, or the spigot bearing in the end of the crankshaft is back, and letting the clutch disk and input shift hang down enough that the edge of the disk is still rubbing on the pressure plate and flywheel.
Odds are very much against the spigot bearing, with as few hours as it has on it, and it would be real pain in the tucous, to replace it.
So, make a couple of attempts at adjusting the clutch. and, see if the dragging goes away.. Typically you can adjust the clutch without removing anything more than an access plate or boot. if it is even that complex. Many of them can be adjusted without removing anything.
Other option is how much fluid is in it. And is it the right fluid. Too high of a viscosity, and the transmission parts want to turn at the same speed they were due to a viscous sheer.
Is the transmission synchronized, or should you be double shifting.
Forgot the other potential: which is the input shaft could be a bit rusty, preventing the disc from fully loosing contact with the flywheel, and spinning things in the transmission. Hopefully you have an access plate of some kind, so you can get in there and see what is going on.
