clutch iseki tx 1510

Hi, my clutch of my iseki tx 1510 2 wd started to make a grinding noise when I press on it.

Could any body tell me if it needs replacement or it could be just the bearing? ?.my tractor has 1350 hr. I bougt it second hand.
