close call with a tele.pole guide/support cable

Hasn't worked like that for me. I can't even get the cable Co. to come out here and look at the situation to discuss it with me.

that was in refrance to building a project from scratch... like a new subdivision.... were they have to cordinate underground sewer, storm, water etc within and or close to the same easements as the overhead power/data guys get....

its highly unlikely that the pole is owned by the cable company as they were hardly ever the first to an area... (ie power makes it there first and they piggyback on the power companay poles)

that could be part of your problem.... i dont know....
