That's still a nice, wide open area west of Dover. If you can't find anyone to do the work sooner, it's probably because every contractor, and builder with any skill, is probably working in Sussex.

Best machine I've seen for that type of work is a Deere 455 crawler/loader with a 4 way bucket. Trees get bulldozed. Chainsaw to cut the log from the root ball and buck the limbs. Usable logs get stacked, everything else picked up and put into a burn pile. Large dumpster for the really gnarly/hard to burn root balls.

With that type of setup and any type of reasonable topology, an acre can be done in a day.
