Cleaning Mildew From Vinyl Siding?

Jeep, I meant to ask you: Has it been your experience that SH has a residual effect that keeps mold from growing? If so, how long could one expect that effect to last?

Nope not really. It's dependent on so many factors such as moisture, how much vegetation you have in your yards, and how much sunlight there is. I have some customers that need it done every year and some that can go a couple years before needing it again.

One thing I have ran into a lot is artillery spores. They're caused by mulch and are tiny little back dots that start forming on your siding. You don't want these as nothing will wash them off. You have to hand clean these off.
