First off, thanks for making me look up your tractor and town, both of which I had not heard of before.
The best way would be to flush the cooling system after you drain out the existing coolant. If you have petcocks on the radiator and block, you can drain that way.

I would flush the radiator and block with garden hose pressure. Run water in through one line until it's clean coming out the other. Now flush it the other direction. You can repeat this a couple times if needed. Put it back together and fill with distilled water. Run until warm to be sure it's fully circulated. Drain. This will eliminate most minerals in water left from your hose flush. It won't hurt to even do the distilled water thing again. When done flushing fill with a 50/50 mix of anti freeze and distilled water.
