I can't tell the size of the pins by the picture but I can tell the lower arms need to be turned around so that the turnbuckles are on the outside. You need buy spacers to use on the pins on the tractor. They'll look like a short piece of pipe and would go between the ball on the arm and the tab for the turnbuckle.
100% correct, those arms are all messed up on wrong. Flip the arms over, put on, put a spacer(pipe) on, then the end of the turnbuckle to the outside.
You'll mess something up this way, and it will cost to fix.

What model tractor is this?
Did we confirm its cat 0?
I think the Beaver was Cat 0 with the factory arms. I know mine is (was as I havent' had the 3pt on in years). What model tractor is this?

I do likewise on my JD tractor though it's very rare to not have something back there even if it's only my receiver hitch since I drag a small trailer around a lot. That is a common problem. I use a rubber strap to hold mine together.
