Forks clamp or hang-on pallet forks for 16LA HD bucket?

Hi,
This thread on <font color="red">forks</font> may give you some ideas on fork mounting possibilities. Attached is a picture of my bucket forks.

You may not be able to lift as much as you would like with bucket forks, but forks are great for a variety of tasks.

If you're handy with tools, you may want to save $$ by building or modifying used forks to fit on your own. Scrap yards may have sets of used forks for substantially less than new.

I have clap-on bucket forks I use on my Kubota B2910

The forks have a capacity of 2000lbs. far more than the loader will lift. They made 3000lb capacity forks as well.

I think I paid about 375 for the pair.

They have turned out to be very usefull. you'd be amazed what you'll use them for.

I palletize firewood and move it around anything heavy put it on a pallet.

Thanks to all of you for the information. I ended up ordering a set of clamp-on forks (2000lb capacity), made by MDS. I paid $410.00 including shipment to my door. Scheduled to be delivered on Monday.

It's been 30 years since I was in WV. Beautiful, hilly and wooded is what I remember. You may find that forks almost double the utility of your loader.

Hi Gary in Indiana,

The forks that I bouught are the same ones pictured in OkieG's post with the "Forks" link. His are from Gearmore, which is a west coast supplier, MDS, is the manufacturer in this area, but they are the same forks.
