I have a 2023 CK3520SE HST (KL4030c), and for almost two years amd almost 200 hrs I have had very little issues with it and it has been an amazing little reactor. At least until yesterday. We where move top soil and while I was on the skeed steer leveling the dirt we shut off the tractor for 15-20 minutes and now it will not start. Lights work, battery has been tested, but it won’t turn over. Was told to bypass the seat sensor, which didnt fix it.
Was told to try to engage the starter manually, but that doesn’t work - start does not turn the motor over. I am at a lost on what to do next. Anyone have any suggestions?

There are two seat sensors on my CK3510. One for hopping out while it is running and the other for starting. I have the one hot-wired so I can get out without engaging the parking brake or putting it in neutral. I still have to do those things to start it. Also make sure it thinks it is in neutral and the that it doesn't think the PTO is engaged. I've had to fiddle with all of the above at one point or another.

Explain how you tried to "engage the starter manually". If you did that correctly and it still won't turn over, your problem is not switch or safety circuit related. It's battery, cable, or starter related.

Where is the second seat sensor and can I disable both?

Explain how you tried to "engage the starter manually". If you did that correctly and it still won't turn over, your problem is not switch or safety circuit related. It's battery, cable, or starter related.

I used a screwdriver between both major power terminals like I do on my 41 cadi when the solenoid goes out. Had batter checked and it is holding a charge and a full load

Update, I was able to start it by pulling the solenoid wire off the starter and then using my hand held starter remote button to engage the starter
