Herllo all,

Longtime lurker, dont post much. Looking to sell our tractor to replace with a 14' backhoe, such as a deere 310se. We need to prep pour land for building and can borrow a neighbors deere tractor anytime for pto needs.

What is a good range for pricing?

My tractor is a 2017 CK3510hst with 225hrs and a BB2065 box blade and KL4010 loader with 48" pallet forks. great condition.

I am confused. You want to buy a tractor without a backhoe to replace a tractor without a backhoe? I rent/borrow a small Kubota excavator and it will blow away most any backhoe when it comes to digging footings, removing stumps and clearing brush. Something to consider.
