ck3510 do I need a block heater or fuel heater?

I've used "white bottle" Power Service for - a real long time. As I gaze at the front of my quart bottle of PS - it says - cetane boost, winterizer/antigel, prevents fuel gelling and protects against fuel filter icing. Works for me.

I use this product from Kleen-Flo that advertises itself as: "Eliminates varnish and sludge. Reduces corrosion. Prevents stalling and frozen fuel lines. Retards wax formation. Contains anti-gel properties."
A 4L jug, or just over 1US gal is $25CA. I'll put about 6oz in a tank.
