Ck35 kioti Need help , tractor stuck in full throttle. Was not turning on . removed injection pump cleaned installed back and found out it was solinoid and fuse. Now my tractor stuck in full throttle.. Anyone help...

If it does not shut off with a key, Shut the fuel line closed before entering the fuel filter, so that it runs out of fuel in just minutes. Most tractors do not have fuel line shutoff switch, but in your case before any further mechanical work and engine startup, install a quality fuel line shut off switch. They look like this:
