the CK35 was never a tier 4 machine. the newer CKxx10 machines are tier 4.

You are correct! It's the CK3510 which came out in year 2015 with full Tier4 emmissions. The CK35 tractor's last year of production was year 2014, and appears to be a fully pre-Tier4 tractor.

So the OP cannot be experiencing a "limp mode" emmissions problem.
