Kioti CK35 HST
I was using my CK35 the other day, maybe 30 minutes total and turned it off to work on something else. When I can back and started it up I received a huge puff of white smoke and it was having trouble idling. It would not go above 2000 RPMs and is rattling like crazy. I can find nothing lose but its acting like its not getting enough fuel or that the fuel has water in it. It has a new air filter and fuel filter with only about 250 hours on it. I'm going to drain the fuel tank and buy gas from another station sometime this week. Any other ideas?

You do not show a location so not sure if you have cold issues - you also did not specify a year so do not know if the machine needs to have a regen. If it is not a tier four and if it is not cold / fuel gelling - first thing I would check would be fuel contamination, your filter should have a water drain - open it see what it looks like, if the fuel is good and the machine is getting it - next thing I'd look at is air.....

LOL, should not be an issue in middle GA. Its 5 years old and only has 250 hours on it. It has no power and is running extremely rough and will not go past 2000 rpms. The closest dealer is 1.5 hour away so trying to fix it myself before loading it up. It has a brand new tank of gas in it and that's why I was leaning toward contaminated fuel. It has a brand new air filter and I just changed the fuel filter to check for junk. Still running rough.

Some of the Kiotis have a lift fuel pump before the injector pump. That is something to check as well as any cracks in the fuel lines.

Hope you're not fueling it with actual gas?
You do mean diesel fuel?

You verified it's getting air, no blockage, Kioti owners manual will suggest - "when power is insufficient" - Valve out of adjustment - Air Cleaner dirty - Fuel injection pressure is wrong - "If color of exhaust is bad"; fuel quality poor - Nozzle is bad - at 250hrs valve adjustment should not be an issue, however contaminated fuel can be a pain and cause blockage / failure at the injectors - nozzle - you can try a fuel additive that can remove any bacteria to see if that will help....

Yep, drain your fuel and replace with new diesel. Drain the fuel filter and prime with new diesel before putting it back on. If it continues with white smoke and low power for more than an hour after the new diesel, you probably have eliminated fuel issues. Your diesel engine may have gone into limp mode, and needs a manual regeneration. Are your regen lights or CEL on?? Try a manual regen according to your operators manual. Sometimes white smoke can suggest an over rich fuel from injectors.

Thanks everyone, I will start with changing the diesel first. No lights are on.

CK35 is not a tier 4 machine.

I am thinking the CK35 has been a Tier4 machine since at least year 2014 if not earlier. It has both DOC and DPF under the hood on the emissions system. If the OP does not have a fuel system issue, then I am leaning towards an emissions system problem.
