I added to the factory grill guard with some 1/8th in perforated steel plate, ground all the welds and primered, painted Chevy orange and clearcoated.
The metal angles with the contour down low- it was cut/ welded and ground there to have a "bodyline"---I dont have a sheet metal bender.
I dont forrage brush so I didn't have the need to cover up the headlghts.
The factory threw me a curve---ONE of the supplied nuts was LEFT HAND THREAD!!! The bolt was a little wierd on the end threads so it took me a spell to figure this out, I was filing threads thinking I'd get a mesh...lol
