I recently noticed that my CK30H at idle will set up a sympathic
vibration with one of the hyd hardlines under the tractor. This is one
of several hydraulic lines (about 3/4" OD) and is unsupported for about
3 feet. I can see it move about 1 inch side-to-side if I look under the
tractor while it is idling. Anyone else see that?

I noticed that on my CK30 shortly after purchase 3 years ago.........right after my transmission cooler started to leak.:( I traced those lines back to the transmission cooler. I zip-tied a few hard rubber blocks inbetween the lines to stabilize them. Kioti changed out the short solid lines going to the transmission cooler and now use rubber lines with some flex.

Good idea....I got to do something like that.

Vibrating steel hardlines can lead to metal fatigue and may have caused
that leak many have experienced near the oil cooler. I have not (yet).

Yep, my used 30 I just bought does the same thing, when it gets warmer I am going to do something to keep that from happening. I have the flex lines to the oil cooler, but that constant vibrating can't be good long term.

I should also say the part(oil cooler) was readily available at the time and the CK30 was back up and running in short order. :)
