I am the new owner of a CK30HST TLB KB2475 Hoe and KL130 FEL with 60" bucket. Traded in my LG Montana 2740 with FEL. Must say I love this tractor so far. Easy to use. A day running the Montana made my lower back hurt, the Kioti doesn't. So far no problems at all with the machine "16hrs run time so far". Just took the backhoe off to till my garden for the first time. It pulls a five foot tiller much better than the Montana did. I think that is because of the hydrostat allowing better speed control and of course a slightly larger engine. Do you have any tips on the re-installation of the backhoe?

I don't know if it is the same as my CK20's backhoe, but when reinstalling mine, I just backup to it enough so that I can hook up the hoses and then engage the lever so that the fluid starts going. I then use the stabilizers to lift the unit high enough so that the frame will slide into the rear catch carefully using the bucket to keep the backhoe frame level. Once the backhoe frame is just resting on the rear catch, I can lower the bucket/boom until the front of the frame is high enough to slide into the two front hooks. I can then drive forward a little and put the rear pins in so that the frame is secure.
This would be a real pain with a gear tractor because it requires a lot of small movements back and forth on the tractor. With the HST, I just reach over and press the pedal slightly with my hand to move it back and forth rather than hoping on the tractor. Plus this allows me to keep an eye on the underneath to make sure nothing gets caught up.
Post some pictures when you can.

What I did at my only reattachment of the backhoe is what I did previously hitching brushhogs, rototillers etc. Use your front loader to move your tractor slightly. With the bucket lifting the front wheels off the ground you can move the tractor back and forth as well as lift/lower to make those connections.

I did not use the FEL but rather the backhoe itself to line things up. First back the tractor over the subframe. Stop just before reaching the postion where the rear of the subframe slides into the tractor mount. Shut down. Connect the hydraulics to the backhoe. Restart tractor. Use backhoe stabilizers and bucket to position the BH appropriately as a tripod then back in to the subframe. Once you've done it a few times it is pretty easy.
A word of caution: be very careful where you stand while operating the backhoe before it is attached fully to the tractor. Stand behind the outriggers (ie between the outrigger stablilzers and the tractor) so you cannot be "pinched" if you inadvertently cause the boom to swing etc.

I did the back up and drive forward, back up and drive forward routine trying to line up. Next time will be much easier as I learned that if at all possible, unhooking on level ground is a very good thing. I think Jim's suggestion would've helped me once lined up, the up and down alignment can be a little tricky.
I do think the four point hook up on the 2376 makes things about as easy as they can be though, the system works well.

Welcome aboard shadrach, you'll continue loving this tractor. Do you have the KL130B frontloader? The "B" suffix is listed on the barcode label on the FEL arm.

Sorry for the delay, been busy. I do have a 130B loader. Made sure of that before purchase after looking around here.
1+ acre garden is in and food plots for the goats are being worked on. Just turned over thirty eight hours and no major problems. Backhoe concerns me a little. The bolts will not stay tight. Even when they are tight the hoe has quiet a bit of movement/flex when under a load. This seems to be coming primarily from where the hoe bolts to the sub-frame even though these bolts are extremely tight. example, 200# guy standing and bouncing on a 30" breaker bar to make sure they are tight.
Otherwise this is a great machine. Easy to use and very ergonomic. Stronger than Montana 2740 just as soon as I got it home but, it seems to have gotten more torquey as it has broken in. The dealer I purchased from Artrak in Clarksville Ar. also gets a thumbs up in my book. Easy transaction and Chip is nice to deal with. I will not hesitate to do business with him in the future. No pics as I am on dial-up and cannot get it to stay connected long enough to load them.

I'm concerned about the Farmtrac situation as well.... I have 8 of them sitting here. I need to sell a LOT of Kiotis and Deutz tractors to make up for the loss I fear I am facing on these blue ones... I really feel for my fellow Farmtrac dealers, especially those who were Farmtrac only dealers, been praying for all of us in that mess. I have to admit we have had little end user interest in the Farmtracs, even at what I consider fire sale prices. We dropped the compact Farmtracs a few years ago in favor of the then new CK series KIOTIS, but kept the old ford designed Farmtracs for those that liked the "old school" tractors.
