CK30 are remotes open center?

I have a pair of hydraulic lines for my rear implements (came with my tractor for the backhoe). I am now setting up a Tractor Supply woodsplitter and it can be set up for open or closed center hydraulics, and I am unsure what I have, and I don't have documentation for the remotes. The rear control has the detente so the lines can stay open (or it did to I removed the ball bearings and lost one while re-installing (anyone know the size and where to get a replacement set?)). Does anyone know what set up (open or closed) center I should use?

It is open center.. Take it back apart, and retrieve one of the other ball bearings, and get out your dial calipers and measure the remaining ball. No dial calipers?

They looked a little distorted at the time. I think they are 11mm, but was wondering if anyone knew off hand.

As mentioned, the remotes are an open center valve. My valves still have the detents so I don't have a clue as to the ball size. I've never had a need to take them apart.
