CK2620 - Using unused electrical connectors under dash

I'm looking to use one or both these connectors to power a switch or a small panel with USB /12v socket. Does anybody know the intended use for them (the 2 wire white connector and the 4 wire black connector)?
Are these standard connectors I can get the male half for?

On my 2610, those connectors are used for the cruise control harness.
I've attempted to attach the wire diagram from my manual so you can trace the wires and decide what you want to or not connect to for power.
