Michigan Iron explains this on my question in another thread about differences in the KL4020 & KL4030.
Here is his explanation.
“The KL4020 Loader was introduced for the "early" CK10SE CAB Tractors. When the CK10SE ROP Tractors came out, KIOTI combined all the features of the 4010 and 4020 loaders into the KL4030 Loader so it could be used on any of the CK10 Tractors, CAB and ROP. There are some minor differences, but nothing that effects the performance of the loader, most fit-up. This allowed KIOTI and the dealers to not have to stock 2 different loaders for the ROP and CAB tractors.
