Ck2510 fuel filter replacement

Can someone with a ck2510 help me out and look in your manual on how to replace the fuel filter. Bleeding the system is where I am scratching my head. According to the manual there is a Open, close, and air bleeding section to the fuel dock valve. Down is open, right is close and left is air bleeding? My valve only has the position for the open and close. Has anyone replaced their filter and bled the system? I need some help. I'm wondering if this might be the cause of my tractor stalling out. Either way I'm going to call the dealer this week, just seeing what say you.

When I changed mine I shut the fuel valve off, removed the bowl and old filter, cleaned the bowl, installed the new filter, filled the bowl with fuel before installing, then opened the fuel valve. Then I opened the bleed screw next to the fuel valve until fuel ran out, closed the screw, started the tractor and checked for leaks.

when you say bleed screw, is that one of the 10mm bolt head screws?
