CK25

   / CK25 #11
I have a CK25, and the only "problem" I have had is that the throttle feed through was, or came loose, and then the foot control was sticky. One minute to diagnose, and another to fix, and that's all. She's been a great machine thus far (~60 hours). It sounds to me like poor dealer prep. I would go over the whole tractor, looking for loose bolts and what not, and also check all fluid levels myself. You do that and your tractor will serve you well. Then give your dealer the "whatfur"! Maybe you can get him to conceed a free 50 hour service for ya (if he can be trusted to do even that).

"No it's not common for the QDs to leak contrary to what Highbeam said."

Well then it's a coincidence that mine leaks too and my dealer said he had fixed others like it. The QDs leak where they are threaded onto the hose. Kioti uses a hardening pipe dope type sealant and my dealer tells me that Kioti told him to remove the sealant and use teflon tape. The leaky fitting makes a mess on that side of the tractor. The QD itself doesn't appear to be the source of the leak.

I don't know that this falls under dealer prep since I wouldn't expect the dealer to go around and retorque all the hydraulic fittings, especially those with this hardening pipe dope in them. Mine didn't leak at first but started after a few dozen hours.

I also had the FEL connection leaking after I received my CK25HST. I was able to tighten the connection to get it to stop but it must have leaked for a while before I received the tractor because it was a mess to clean out from under the rubber mat.

I was referring to normal dealer prep where the loader connections are checked for leaks after the loader is installed by the dealer.
My QDs, and none I've seen are threaded onto the hose, they are crimped on by a machine. If they're leaking there, I would expect to change out my hoses, or have them cut and a new end crimped on. One does not use pipe dope to accomplish this.

The CK30s have threaded on female QDs for the FEL connections. You mean they actually crimp on a QD for the CK20?
