TYPE OF MALFUNCTION: Cold Starting Difficulty



DESCRIPTION: In ambient temperatures approximately 30ｰF and below, engine may require constant motoring for approximately 30 seconds for start to occur.

most are glow plugs, and/ or preheat controller.

Wow! Very fast response to this problem.... unlike some other problems that have dragged on for years.

I keep telling them response times to issues need to be faster. They are getting better, but you can always improve.... this is a step forward.

Daedong builds their engines in house while the problem that has dragged on for years (KL120/KL130 cracked loaders) is outsourced to an OEM independent supplier. Apparently Daedong/Kioti carries little clout with this outsourced KL120/KL130 supplier.

If you're isn't a S model, I don't think it's effected.
