CK20HST - Wont go uphill - goes into relief

Hi Guys,

Bought a second-hand 2004 ck20 HST with 200 hrs on it. Ive put 100 hours on it and in that time noticed both its a brilliant little tractor, and the HST goes into relief a bit too easily - it wont make it up a slope on my property. I had the dealer come out who tested the forward and reverse relief valves which went into relief @ 3200PSI. Dealer said this was in spec, although I have seen much higher figures quoted on this site? He also tested the charge pressure, which was apparently half what it was supposed to be. I was later advised the only remedy was to replace the HST unit as a whole.

I was thinking I might take the relief valves out and swap them, or shim them - does anyone know where they are located on the ck20? is it part of the test port below the 3pt speed knob? I know this issue has come up a few times on this site, to which my symptoms seem awfully similar, except for the low charge pressure. What should I do if anything about the charge pressure?

Thanks for any help!
