I was wondering if any one can tell me if the hydraulic pump drive gear connected to the injector pump cam should turn about 3/4 of a turn before catching. I have tried to find a shop manual to see if it is keyed and maybe the key is sheared and just catching or broken cam
There is no pump pressure. Was working and I heard a snap after that no pressure, bucket, steering or rear ports.

It might be easier to find an exploded view from someone who sells parts. Typically your local dealer will give you those.

I talked to the dealers mech and he had no clue , he said they could take it apart and fix it. Only it would cost 1 to 2 grand by time they are done. I have mech experience. I use to rebuild gas engines and auto transmisson. I am just trying to find out the info before I take apart some thing that might be normal and not be the problem. I have seen a lot of the posts of the injector gears stripped the pics only show the injector module. If anyone knows of a post that shows the injector cam it would help.

With your mechanical experience an exploded view would be easy to figure out.......skip the mechanic if you want to fix it yourself.

I have it apart to the gear already. I looked at the manual at the dealer. The parts don't show a clear view on the two shafts because one shaft is in hydraulics the cam is shown in the injector/ fuel section. Anyone that has done the cam on there injector has a pic or remembers would help ck20 to 30 have the same set up.

When I was trying to help a couple of people I bought a couple of Kioti Workshop Manuals from this download site for $9.99 and found them to be good quality not photo copied pages.

Unfortunately I did not buy a CK one.

Suggest you consider investing in one.

Thank you. I will order one monday. I asked the dealer if I could by one the said that only dealers are allowed to have the Manuals and they have to pay 400.00 for each one they need. They should pin this web site so all kioti owners can get Manuals.
Once again thanks

When people ask me which tractor to buy, I suggest they first try and find all manual and part resources online for the brands they are considering and then decide.

John Deere has the highest quality manuals with lots of color and explanations. Kubota has the most free material. Kioti comes up short in this review wantiing everyone to go to a dealer.

I bought my kioti back in 2012. It ran flawless till now. Was using the backhoe when the problem happened. The dealer was helpful and showed me exploded views on the computer but like I said earlier the parts ( injector cam and hydraulic pump drive shaft) are in two separate sections and not detailed. I have searched for a Manual on the internet but could not find one. That is why your link should be a sticky. I am sure other owners would benefit from it. Once again thanks for the link.

Generally speaking I always go to Michigan Iron and Equipment/ for the parts diagrams, but their site is blocked at work so I had to look elsewhere. I still HIGHLY recommend MIE for any help on parts you need. They are great to work with and a Site supporter also. Might be worth your time to give them a call about your issue.

Now - on to your question. I have no idea about the CK20's in this respect so I'm just looking & guessing but ...

If you're talking about part #6 here - then yes it's keyed
Fuel Cam Shaft Group

If you're talking about part #9 here - it appears to be on a splined shaft.
Hydraulic Gear Pump Group

If it's neither one then hopefully these exploded diagrams will at least help you find what you're looking for.

Best of luck
