3-Point Hitch CK20HST 3 Point Pin Mount Working Loose

The bracket that bolts to the side of the rear end that the 3 Point arm connects keeps working loose. The bolts took a beating and I had to tighten them with a vice grip.

This has only happened on one side, the other side is still solid.

I was wondering if this has happened to anybody else?

Some clear oil has leaked out, is there a separate place to check the rear end oil, or is that the regular hydrostatic fluid.
