The front "pivot block" will not take grease, just a 1/2 pump and it's not taking anymore, pulled the zerk, it's fine.
I have the front up and tires off (50 hour), after trying to grease it, the axle will not pivot easily, so the grease is putting presure somehow.

Should the grease flow out around the pivot shaft ??

Thanks,,
Slack

I have the same problem from time to time. Sometime it takes grease, and sometimes it won't. Now that I have over a 100 hrs on it, she takes grease most of the time. I lift the front end up with the loader and push the axle around if the gun won't release due to trapped pressure and once it releases, I can give her a few more pumps. The grease will come out around the pivot.

I have the same issue with my 3054xs, but as Sandlot stated, if you swing the axle through its' range of motion it will take the grease; just not easily. Thankfuly, it's only every 50 hrs, or so

This was brought up a few times with the CK30s. My CK30hst is the same way. Sometimes takes a little and sometimes doesn't. Lifting up the wheels and working the axle back and forth helps at times and no, the grease shouldn't be coming out around the pivot shaft unless it's worn out. Michigan Iron and Equipment, dealer on this forum, had posted that it's all a tight fit and this is normal. Only when the pivot bushing starts to wear will it take grease easily. Sorry, I couldn't find the previous posts a few months ago.
