Ck 30 3 pt problem

I was using an auger earlier (wet easy dirt no strain at idle) and when I went to lift it wouldn't lift. I unhooked the the auger and easily pulled it out with the fel. After unhooking the 3 pt would slowly lower but will not lift. I turned the knob by the seat to no avail. Any ideas? I have never had any issue with the hydraulics. Over 5.5 years I only have 295 hours on it.

hmmm. sorry it doesn't augur well for you.

air in the hydraulics? did you try all combinations of the under seat valve?

low hydraulic fluid? especially if you were on an angle.

do you have any hydraulic controls added, if so what about their position?

No added remotes, fluid checks out ok, never had any lines open so don't think air is the culprit. What are all of the combinations? Thanks

By all combinations I just meant all positions of the valve from open to closed. No more ideas here, maybe someone else knows.

Is your CK30 gear or HST?

The tractor is an HST.

Try it @ 2,000 rpm then & see if it makes a difference.

If you do a search, someone else had a very similar if not exactly the same problem that posted about a month ago. If I remember correctly, it was some type of relief valve that somehow became dirty. There were pictures posted too which should help for location and the part. The owner posted that after a good cleaning it still didn't want to work until he finally cycled the control several times and wa-la, back in business. Possibility of bleeding out the air being that the system was opened.

The knob by your feet is only for drop speed, bleeds the hydro fluid at your set rate and doesn't effect the lift.
