Send a PM to Muhammad. Maybe HappyatlastKioti would work.

Cost estimate is around $2500 if the hydro needs replacement. I'm just wondering if I should do anything else while she's split, like clutch, etc.?

I would strongly recommend replacing the clutch while split. Its only going to add parts cost, same labor, maybe an extra .5 to 1.0 hr at most.
I'd ask Wallace what else should be inspected/replaced while in there. Especially inspect for metal damage in any moving parts, including bearings etc., you never know where those pesky little pieces of clip went to.
Good luck, and be sure to report back on the whole thing.

Update:
New hydro=$2600............tractor back=priceless!

Took the non-Kioti boys a while to get parts but she runs better than new with the new hydro. This is a completely different machine, power-wise. I suspect the metal pieces attached to the hydro magnet I found at the 50 hour service should have told me something but I'm so far from a dealer I just let it go. Lesson learned: dealer service availability worth a lot.

Glad you got it fixed...but note that some metal shavings are normal at the 50 hour service. I suggest you do a full tranny flush and filters when the new unit get's 50 hrs on it.
