hello how every one i need some help on a 135 massy fergason power steering is messed up i just put a new pump on it but the thing still wont steer it has an orbital motor on the steering wheel shaft it acts like its stalled

Welcome but I am sorry I can not help with the 135. We have a 265 but it is the full hydraulic thing you can not control if the steering goes out on.

I know nothing about MF but do a have a few questions that might help the experts get it solved for you.

when you are talking about the "orbital" motor. Is this connected to the steering wheel or what is driving the steering linkage on the front wheels?

Can you turn the steering wheel or is it "locked up"

Does the sound of the pump change when trying to turn?

ON the base of the steering shaft their is what appears to be some kind of power steering unit it is connected to the housing and has 4 hyd. line connected to it , 1 to the pump 1 to the resavor on the pump 2 more that i think go thourgh the radiator to cool the fluid if you shut off the engine and jack up the front you can grab the tire and turn the steering wheel an the other tire easlly so i assume their are no tided up bearings or broken shafts it a new pump
