Chromed Headlight Ring Pealing

Hi!
I'm new to your site & just to say it's got a lot of info!!!! Good Work!!!

I've bought a new (2005) BX1830 & the chrome on the headlight ring is pealing off.
My question is this...
1. Is this covered by warranty...
2. What can I do to prevent this in the future...

I would appreciate if anyone could let me know, my new toy is just 3-4 months old (15 hours), sitting in the barn!!!!!

You could paint em orange for that monochromatic look!

Tell your dealer. If it is because of a bad part it is a warranty item.

This would be a warranty complaint.

Peeling chrome, especially at this eary stage of the tractor's life, indicates the plating process (probably the cleaning/ecthing stages) wasn't up to par.

I'd expect Kubota will see a rash of the type claim.
