Yea you're right.....I was focusing more on the mud.......that's what a lot of the yanmar tractors grew up in!

I bought a mechanical water temp gauge for my tractor. Had to buy the metric adaptor but while running the tractor in the Ga heat it did not get over 160.

Rule of thumb: When purchasing a yanmar or any tractor older then 10 years, put a new radiator in it and be done with it. I use to clean them but find it pointless and with the investment of a tractor whats a few hundred more to know the cooling system is ok. just my .02

Phew, this makes me glad I got my Yanmar from Fredricks Equipment. They rebuid the Yanmars here in the USA from the ground up. New RAD, hoses, clamps, etc. Nothing to worry about.
My idiot lights are not trustworthy at all. I'd like to put mechanical gauges on my 3110-D. Where can you find metric adapters for US oil pressure and temperature gauge sets? I'd appreciate any suggestions..... Just bought the gauges and looking...
I have a question, I hate the so called idiot light. Do they make a gauge kit for this application and if so, has anyone installed one and where did you put the gauge? What should the tempo be on these little rigs. Mine is a 2210BD. currently out of commission.
