Yes cool......These are very popular here at TBN. You might do some searches on cad diggers and home made hoes on the forum. Several good threads on this same type of machine that TBN members have made.

I built a Cad Digger backhoe years ago that was similar to that.
I actually worked pretty good.
Sold it when I bought my tractor mounted Rhino hoe.
