Cheapest light duty Rotary Cutter with a slip clutch.

I am looking to upgrade my rotary cutter from 5' to 6'. Only cut grass/weeds/multi floral rose/ and light brush. Looked at King Cotter today but the gear box has a shear pin. Any recommendation for an inexpensive unit with a slip clutch. Thanks in advance.
